My Training 

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I studied innovative coaching methods and practical lifestyle management. Also I learned techniques in over 100 dietary theories, for example Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

In addition to the training I received at The institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have also completed a plant-based nutrition certification with The T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. There I learned the importance of eating a Whole Food Plant-Based diet, including the science behind why the plant-based diet approach works, and the role that  nutrition plays in helping us fight chronic disease. 

My passion for health has led me to seek more knowledge about holistic nutrition and wellness. I’m proud to say that I am also certified in Culinary Wellness from Rouxbe which is a world renowned culinary school. I studied plant-based cooking and how to implement a food-first method to healing. This certification has given me the culinary confidence, tools, and resources to empower others to adopt a more health-supportive diet and to take control of their life through food and cooking.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. 

Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results.
